CONCRETE SEALING
You get a Degrease, Professional High Pressure Clean with a Rotary Surface Cleaner and rinse.
2 coats of quality, Australian made Clear or Coloured Sealer.
Grip in the second coat of sealer.

- Old porous concrete, stencilled or new concrete may require a third coat, at customer expense.
- Out of zone jobs may cost extra.
- I can not be held responsible for chemicals spilt on the concrete, that have a reaction with the sealer
- Acid cleaning of aggregate driveways will cost extra.
- Crack repairs @ $13/meter
- Sealing of stamped concrete may cost extra.
- You can walk on the sealer in 30 minutes, You can not drive on the sealer for 7 days (Curing time).
- The sealer is not a paint, but a professional oil base resin sealer for concrete.
- Rain will delay the sealing process; as moisture will damage the sealer.
CONCRETE CLEANING

Sometimes Heavy Duty Degreasers is required for extremely stained or dirty surfaces.
